- As Project Manager, led the turn-around of Supersonic radio in Zimbabwe.
- As Managing Director of Franke Water Heating Systems, merged two geyser factories into a new state of the art production facility.
- As Project Manager, relocated three acrylic bath factories from Cape Town, East London and Pietermaritzburg to new manufacturing premises in Meyerton.
- As Project Manager, reduced energy consumption at a 40,000m2 warehouse and a head-office facility by more than 50%.
